On April 28th, 2023, the AIMS organization hosted a Knowledge Sharing Session on “Digital Transformation through Low Code No Code Software Technology and Citizen Developers.” The session was led by Mr. U K Ananthapadmanabhan, Director & CEO of Tenxhealth Technologies Pvt Ltd in Coimbatore, and moderated by Dr. GVRK Acharyulu, a professor at the School of Management at the University of Hyderabad.

The session focused on the use of low code and no code software technology as a means to drive digital transformation in organizations. The speakers discussed how low code and no code platforms allow citizen developers, or those without a traditional software development background, to create and deploy applications quickly and easily.

Mr. Ananthapadmanabhan provided an overview of the low code and no code landscape, emphasizing its ability to democratize software development and reduce reliance on traditional development teams. He also shared several use cases where low code and no code platforms have been successful, including creating mobile apps, automating workflows, and developing websites.

Dr. Acharyulu asked several thought-provoking questions during the session, prompting Mr. Ananthapadmanabhan to dive deeper into the benefits and challenges of low code and no code development. One challenge discussed was the potential for citizen developers to create applications that do not meet the organization’s security or compliance requirements.

The session concluded with a Q&A session, allowing attendees to ask further questions and engage in discussion with the speakers. Overall, the Knowledge Sharing Session provided valuable insights into the potential of low code and no code software technology as a tool for digital transformation and the importance of ensuring proper governance and oversight of citizen developers.

In conclusion, the AIMS organization should be commended for hosting such a informative session, and we look forward to future events that continue to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within the industry.
